Here is a view of the outsider (outside the U.S.) on the marketing war between Kangen water (Enagic) and water from Jupiter (Jupiter IonLife or science) in North America and some EU countries. I 've never been to America, but I had been watching the development of alkaline ionized water in these regions through the Internet. I' m from Malaysia, 6 years ago when I first became familiar with the ionized alkaline water, I went online to search for more information about it but could only find some websites about it and my first impression is that the ionized alkaline water was known more as Kangen water in the U.S. And so I found another brand called Jupiter which manufactured in Korea. Since Kangen machines are from Japan, I can say this is a "War Ionizer Japan and Korea" and the war zone is the United States. I could see that Kang had a good start by choosing as its channel MLM marketing and Kangen members had done a great job in spreading the good news and public education about the importance of balancing the body pH to alkaline ionized water consumption. Although Jupiter is using the traditional business model of the distributor-dealer, but also benefited from the knowledge Jupiter powered by Kangen 's MLM strategy. As people are starting to look increasingly ionizers, marketing war between Enagic and science of Jupiter is getting intense and aggressive. Take a look at some of its Web site, Kangen (It 's army of sales reps) is that it attacks and condemnation of Jupiter and vice versa. And both sides are coming out new models with different sub-brand to further confuse consumers.
